Fees for accommodations are not coverd with the participation fee.
The conference will be held at Hakodate Kokusai Hotel on the first day and the third day. The hotel will be also used as a pick up place for the chartered bus to Onuma International Seminar House on the second day. Choosing a hotel from the hotels near Hakodate Kokusai Hotel might be convinient for you.
