He joined the Hakodate Wide Area Unification to prepare the establishment of Future University Hakodate as a member of planning committee in 1999.
Instractor at Toyo University:
Teached half year course "Special Lecture on Infromation Technology I" in 1998.
He joined IBM Japan and had been working as a researcher at Tokyo Research Laboratory from 1984. While we worked for IBM, his research interest has been system and application software. He had been also interested in usability of computing system.
His research interest has been interactive and user friendly computer applications including the field of office document system, collaboration tool, mobile agent system on internet and interactive art.

After joining Future University Hakodate, he started collaborative work with researchers, who have the back ground of fine arts. Three invited exhibitions have presented.
