Requests for faculty and staff of this university to engage in side jobs, etc.
If you wish to request faculty or staff members of this organization to take on additional roles, such as serving on committees or giving lectures, please submit the prescribed request form for additional roles (downloadable from the link below). Please also include supporting documents that clearly describe the nature of the work (e.g., committee members: regulations, rules, etc.; lecturers: announcements, programs, etc.).
Please send the request form for side jobs and related documents directly to the employee you intend to request them from (either by email or postal mail). Please note that faculty and staff of this organization are not permitted to engage in side jobs without the permission of the Chairman of the Board. Therefore, please ensure that all requests for side jobs are handled properly.
