1. Welfare facilities

2. Sports facilities, student group facilities

(1) Arena, training room

The arena and training room are located on the 3rd floor.

(i) The facility cannot be used on Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 to 9:00 and after 15:00, as these are hours when the facility is open to the public.
(c) Any other day that the Chief Administrator deems particularly necessary

(c) Eligibility

(a) Faculty members (including part-time staff) and staff of this university
(i) Students of this university
(c) Other persons authorized by the Chief Administrator

E. Instructions for use

You cannot monopolize it. Please share it with others.

Precautions for use

(a) Shoes are not allowed in the arena or training room.
(i) In principle, the ball games that can be played in the arena are limited to basketball, volleyball, handball, and table tennis. If you wish to play any other ball game, you must obtain permission as a student group.
(c) When playing ball games, please use the facilities with a protective net in place. Also, do not hit the ball against the walls.
(e) Do not take training equipment or other items to other locations.
(o) If the facility is to be used by external parties for external matches, joint practices, etc., please submit a facility use request to the Education/Student Affairs Division Student Affairs Section at least 7 days in advance and obtain permission. Please note that the facility cannot be used by external parties alone.
(c) If used by a student group, we recommend subscribing to "Sports Safety Insurance," which offers comprehensive coverage for personal injury and liability.

(2) Outdoor sports facilities

The university grounds include a multi-purpose field, tennis courts, and other facilities.

(3) Club room (5th floor)

Using open flames indoors is strictly prohibited. Please also make an effort to keep the room tidy.
Please do not make a duplicate key.
Those who borrow a key are responsible for managing it and returning it.
Please return the club room equipment promptly after you have finished using it.
The following are the hours during which you may use the club room. If you need to use it outside of these hours, please notify the Education/Student Affairs Division Student Affairs Section in advance.

(5) Audio-visual studio (3rd floor)

*Even during the above hours, the facilities cannot be used for classes or other similar activities. Furthermore, even during hours when musical instrument playing is permitted, use may be restricted if it interferes with classes, research, or other activities.

Precautions for use

(a) Do not take video and audio studio equipment, etc., to other locations.
(i) If the facility is to be used by external parties for joint practice sessions, etc., a facility use request must be submitted to the Education/Student Affairs Division Student Affairs Section at least 7 days in advance and permission must be obtained. Please note that the facility cannot be used by external parties alone.

3. Precautions for using facilities, etc.

For fire prevention purposes, the use of open flames on campus and within the university grounds is strictly prohibited.
However, if you wish to use fire for research or experimental purposes under the guidance of your supervising professor, please notify the Facilities Affairs Section of the General Affairs Division in advance.

4. If you damage or deface the facilities, etc.

If you damage or deface any facilities, please report it immediately to the Administration Bureau Education/Student Affairs Division Student Affairs Section or the General Affairs Division Facilities Affairs Section. If the Administration Bureau is closed, please report it to the security guard's office at the north entrance on the 3rd floor of the main building. You may be required to pay compensation if the damage was caused by improper handling.
