About job postings
Regarding the provision of job information
- At our university, we use the [Careeritas UC] job posting distribution system for schools to make job postings provided to us available to our students. When providing job postings to our university, please set up distribution to Future University Hakodate via Careeritas UC. There is no need to send paper job postings separately.
- If you send us company brochures or other materials, we will place them in the Career Center.
*Currently, we are providing job-hunting related information to current students electronically, so we would appreciate it if you could provide all information in data format. - If you are eligible for a "University Recommendation Application," which involves a recommendation process within the university before applying and offers preferential treatment such as reduced selection procedures after application, please send it to the Career Support Section via email attachment or postal mail. It will be made public within the university at a designated time. We have observed situations where applicants are asked to submit a "letter of recommendation" during or after the selection process following an open application, but this is not included in the scope of this "University Recommendation Application." Letters of recommendation will be issued after the student has advanced to their final year and is expected to graduate/complete their studies (April).

Regarding recruitment
Please comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including the Labor Standards Act and the Act on Promotion of Employment of Young People. Please note that if a public employment security office refuses to accept a job posting from a company or organization, the company information and job posting details may not be made public.
Regarding greetings and other matters concerning those who have received job offers
Thank you very much for your cooperation in supporting the social and professional independence of our students.
Since the job offer is a "labor contract with a specified commencement date and a reserved right of termination," we regretfully must decline any invitations to visit the university or research lab at the stage when we have received a job offer as a currently enrolled student.
We would appreciate it if you could provide us with information about the achievements of our graduates after they have graduated or joined a company.
Furthermore, we request that you ensure that the recruitment and selection process, as well as pre-employment assignments and training after receiving a job offer, do not disrupt the learning environment for students, and we ask for your continued understanding and cooperation.
