My reason for participating in the Advanced ICT Workshop was that when I became a second-year undergraduate student, I wanted to try something new. Before my second year of undergraduate studies, I had experience creating things individually, but I had no experience creating something collaboratively as a team, so I wanted to experience team development and decided to participate in the Advanced ICT Workshop.
Of all the things I gained through the advanced ICT exercises, I think the most important was learning from my mistakes. By analyzing what caused my failures and what I could do to avoid making the same mistakes in the future, I was able to apply that learning to my subsequent activities and projects.
Furthermore, the Advanced ICT Workshop included students from various grade levels, and I benefited in many ways regardless of my year level. For example, when there were students older than me, I had the opportunity to learn various things from my more experienced seniors, and when there were students younger than me, I had the experience of supporting my juniors based on my own experience.
