Future University Hakodate

I participated in the Advanced ICT Workshop for five years, starting from my second year of undergraduate studies. I would like to mention two things I feel I gained through my activities in the Advanced ICT Workshop.
The first point is that when trying to put what I learned in lectures and other classes into practice, I realized that simply knowing the material isn't enough. Personally, I feel that in system development, experience is often more important than knowledge. I think one of the major advantages of the advanced ICT exercises, which are undertaken in teams of students from multiple grades, is that you can gain experience by learning that know-how from your seniors and then putting it into practice.
The second point is that it gave me the opportunity to think about what kind of job I want to do. By participating in the Advanced ICT Exercises for several years, I was able to experience various projects and roles within those projects. Through such activities, I think I was able to get a general idea of what kind of job I wanted to do in the future.
