I participated in ICT Craft-Shops from my second year of undergraduate studies to my second year of graduate studies. I continued this activity for five years, and I'm glad I participated.
The biggest reason is simply that I was able to get a job at the company I wanted to work for. Through this activity, I gained a lot of experience from failures and some successes. During my job search, various companies valued these experiences and my proactive approach during this activity.
