I participated for four and a half years, starting from the second semester of my second year of undergraduate studies. I think the enjoyment of this activity can be better appreciated by participating for multiple years. Starting as an implementation staff member, you can experience various roles within the project team as you progress through your academic years, such as participating in meetings with clients, becoming a team leader, or a project manager. While working in a group has its challenges, the appeal lies even more in the fact that you can achieve things that you couldn't do alone. By getting involved in the project from various perspectives, I was able to truly understand the meaning of working in a group.
And above all, the appeal of this activity is the opportunity to meet wonderful seniors, juniors, professors, and people from companies. These connections will be a great help during your university life. By being exposed to various ways of thinking, you will surely find hints to help you decide on your future path, such as research topics you want to pursue, technologies you like, and places you want to work. If you have even the slightest interest, I hope you will participate. Both your successes and failures will definitely become valuable lessons for you. Have fun!
