During the year-long Advanced ICT Course, I experienced many "firsts." These were all essential skills for a systems engineer, such as project management and client presentations. Because they were all new to me, I made many mistakes. From these mistakes, I learned the importance of valuing connections with my peers. By "peers," I mean everyone involved in the project. As long as we are peers, we strive to maintain a positive relationship with each other. As a result, a desire to do something for our peers arises, and that becomes the "driving force for effort." I also believe that being able to recognize mistakes and clearly identify what needs to be improved is possible because we support each other.
The Advanced ICT Course is an excellent opportunity to connect with people of all ages and from diverse business fields. We encourage everyone to be mindful of each other as teammates, show consideration, and strive to improve themselves.
