Employer:I will be attending a graduate school in the United States starting in the fall of 2026.

University destination:I'm planning to start my Master's in Data Science program at Northeastern University this fall. I'm currently on a working holiday in Brisbane, Australia.

About what happens after graduation

Please tell me about your career plans after graduation.

I am studying for the IELTS exam in Cebu, Philippines, with the goal of attending a graduate school in the United States.

After graduating from university, I studied for the IELTS exam in Cebu, Philippines, with the goal of attending a graduate school in the United States. After about four months of study, I obtained the English score required for graduate school applications and then applied to six graduate schools in the United States. As a result, I received acceptance letters from five schools and decided to attend one of them.
Currently, I'm taking advantage of the time before starting graduate school to participate in a working holiday in Australia, where I'm improving my English skills, deepening my understanding of different cultures, and preparing for my studies abroad.

What was your experience like studying at Future University?

The curious and challenging attitude I developed at Future University proved invaluable in my overseas endeavors and my pursuit of graduate school.

During my time at the university, I learned to approach challenges with curiosity and to solve problems through trial and error. In my third year, I worked on a project to develop assistive devices for the visually impaired and on my graduation research focusing on the analysis of Jupiter radio waves. While I often didn't get the results I wanted, I gained valuable experience in analyzing the causes and making continuous improvements.
This experience is proving valuable in my current overseas endeavors and preparations for graduate school, forming the foundation for my ability to continue learning proactively in new environments.
