How to report
Reports can be submitted or sent in writing (including by fax and email) to the reporting hotline, as well as by telephone or in person.
Subject to fraud
"Fabrication," "falsification," "plagiarism," and "inappropriate use of research funds" in research activities.
Reception Hours
8:45 AM to 17:15 PM (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays such as New Year's)
- The information you provide will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the necessary investigation and will not be used for any other purpose or made public. Furthermore, you will not be subjected to any adverse treatment for the reason you made the report.
- We may request further details or cooperation in our investigation regarding the information you have reported.
- If the investigation reveals that the whistleblower made the report with the intent to frame the person being reported, disrupt research, or cause any other harm, disciplinary action may be taken against the whistleblower.
