Use of Competitive Research Funding (Direct Costs) for PI Personnel Expenses
Our university has established a policy for utilizing funds to support the personnel costs of principal investigators (PI) from the direct costs of competitive research grants. This policy aims to strengthen the system that supports research by strategically enhancing research "human resources" for researchers who have obtained competitive research grants, allocating research "funds" to support diverse and continuous adjustments, and developing an attractive research "environment."
