UI/UX design and social adaptation process for social robots
Research
We are researching the role of social robots that coexist within human living spaces, viewing them as an interface for intelligent systems such as AI.
What fundamentally distinguishes intelligent systems from previous artifacts is that they interact with us as if they possess a will of their own.
My research focuses on considering the experiential value of people interacting with such systems and designing them in a way that is appropriate to that experiential value.
