あらまし
音楽システムを作成する際のポリシーや評価は非常に重要である．
本稿はそれらを再認識し議論するための出発点を提供する．
音楽システムを研究し，有意義な成果をあげる上で，
何をどのように考えながら音楽システムを作成すると良いのかについて，
著者らの考えを述べる．
まず，音楽システムを考察するための視点を幾つか与え，
各々について検討を加える．
次に，音楽システムの評価の在り方，方法論について議論する．

Abstract
When we construct a musical system,
a design policy and evaluation are quite important.
This article provides a start point for recognizing and discussing them.
The authors describe their opinion regarding
what items we should think of from what point of view,
in order to investigate a musical system and to obtain significant results.
First, the authors give several viewpoints when considering a musical system
and discussing each of those viewpoints.
Next,
the authors discuss
the philosophy and methodology for evaluating a musical system.
