「学生等の学びを継続するための緊急給付金」申請受付について（三次推薦）

文部科学省より「学生等の学びを継続するための緊急給付金」の三次推薦に関する通達がありましたので、お知らせいたします。

※今回は事情により本年1月（一次）および2月（二次）に申請することができなかった方が対象となります。そのため1月（一次）および2月（二次）で推薦とならなかった方および、既に本給付金が支給された方は対象外です。
もし申請をされても受付できませんのでご了承ください。

1. 制度概要

今般の新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響で、世帯収入・アルバイト収入の減少により、学生生活にも経済的な影響が及んでいる状況の中で、大学等での修学の継続が困難になっている学生等が修学をあきらめることがないよう、現金を支給する事業です。

10万円

3. 申請にあたって

支給対象者となるための要件（基準）が複数ありますので、下記「申請の手引き」を熟読してご自身が該当するかどうか確認し、申請書類一式をご用意ください。
なお、推薦枠に上限がありますので、申請者全員が必ず対象になるとは限りません。

（!）申請の手引き　P4. 要件について

• 要件①において賃貸契約書の写しを提出する場合、契約書全ページではなく住所と名前が記載されているページのみで可とします。
• 要件②④において預貯金通帳の写しを提出する場合、マーカー等でどの行が対象かわかるようにしてください。
• 誓約書⑥既存制度の利用状況について下記に該当する場合、誓約書の3）にチェックをし、申請書「3. 申し送り事項」の自由記述欄にご自身の状況を記入してください。「家計要件を満たさないため新制度又は第一種は利用できないが民間奨学金XXX利用中」等
  • 第一種奨学金限度額まで貸与せず第二種を併給している場合
  • 第二種奨学金のみ貸与を受けている場合

4. 申請方法

申請方法や申請期日は別途全学生向けのメールにて周知します。

必ず下記ルールを守って提出してください。不備のある場合、受付けができない場合があります。

• 添付書類は全てPDFファイルまたは画像ファイルにて提出してください。
• ファイル名は、「申請の手引き」P4. 「5 支給対象者の要件」「2. 以下の①～⑤を満たす者として大学等が推薦する者」記載の要件番号と必要書類名としてください。
  【例】
  　要件「①原則として自宅外で生活している」の必要書類として “アパート等 の賃貸契約書の写し” をPDFファイルで提出する場合
  　①アパート等 の賃貸契約書の写し.pdf
• Zipファイルなど一つにまとめてアップロードしないでださい。

1. Outline of the Grant

With students experiencing an economic impact on their lifestyles due to reductions in household income or income from part-time work because of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the program will provide those who face difficulties continuing their studies at their university or other educational institution with a cash handout so that they will not be forced to abandon their studies.

100,000 yen

There are several requirements (standards) to be eligible for the grant, so please read the “Application Guide” below carefully to see if you are applicable, and make sure the application documents are complete.
Please note that there is a limit to the number of recommendations by the university , so not all the applicants will be eligible.

（!）Requirements on P4 of the Application Guide

• When submitting a copy of the rental agreement in Requirement (1), you can just submit a copy of the page with the address and name, not all pages of the agreement.
• When submitting a copy of the deposit/savings bankbook in Requirements (2)and (4) ,　please marker the line to identify the target.

You will receive an email regarding the application method and application deadline separately.

• Please submit all the attached documents as PDF or image files.
• The names of the files should include the prescribed number and name referring to the application guide on page 4, Five prerequisites are listed #1 to #5.
  (e.g.) When submitting a copy of the “Rental agreement of your apartment” to prof the prerequisite #1, please create a name of a file, using the same title “Rental agreement of your apartment” and add “pdf” at the end.
