【重要】プロジェクト学習の登校を制限付きで認めます（更新日：6/24）

学生のみなさん

本学では、当面の間、「原則登校禁止」および「学内・学外における課外活動の中止」を継続していますが、大学院生および卒研生については、指導教員の届出があった場合に限り、登校を認めることとしています。

加えて、プロジェクト学習においても、指導教員からの届け出により、6月29日（月）以降、登校および活動を認める場合があります。
登校や活動の必要等を含め、指導教員の指示に従ってください。

また、研究機器等の受け渡しなどについては、これまでどおり、あらかじめ教員から許可を得た場合に限り、必要最低限の時間のみ登校できることとします。

学生の自己判断では、登校できません。

なお、許可を得て登校する場合には、健康観察シートやスマートフォンのアプリを用いた、体温・体調の日常的な自己管理を求めます。
少なくとも登校直前一週間の体温と体調記録を携帯するようにしてください。
なお、登校の際には必ずマスクを着用してください。
風邪の症状や微熱がある場合は、比較的軽い場合であっても、登校は認めません。

登校の要件

（1）教員の許可を得て登校する場合は、次のいずれにも該当すること。

1. 登校する日において、かぜの症状など、感染が疑われる症状がないこと。
2. 登校する日において、解熱剤、かぜ薬を使用せず、発熱、せき、だるさなどの自覚症状が全くなくなった状態が48時間以上続いていること。

（2）函館市外に滞在している学生が、居住のため市内へ移動する場合は、次のいずれにも該当すること。

1. 移動する際、感染が疑われる症状がないこと。
2. 移動する際は、必ずマスクを着用するほか、感染させない・感染しない行動をとること。

Dear students

Although “prohibition of school attendance” and “suspension of extracurricular activities on and off campus” remain for the time being, graduate students and those who work on graduation study are allowed to come to the university by notification from the faculty member in charge to the office, when their experiments and research cannot be conducted without using the equipment of FUN.

In addition, we may approve the attendance of students who work on project learning after June 29th (Mon) by notification from academic advisor in charge. Follow the instructions of your academic advisor including the needs of attendance and activities.

As for getting/returning the research equipment, etc., students will be allowed to come to the university only for the minimum required time, as long as they have obtained permission from the faculty member.

In any case, you cannot come to the university based on your own judgment.
When coming to the university, self-management of body temperature and physical condition using a health observation sheet or a mobile app is required. Please keep the temperature and physical condition record of at least one week before coming to the university.

If you have a cold or have a slight fever even if it is relatively light, you will not be allowed to come to the university.

Requirements for Attendance

（1）When coming to the university, you need to meet all of the following.

1. On the day of coming to the university, there should be no symptoms such as a cold that could be suspected of infection.
2. On the day of coming to the university, 48 hours or more have passed without using antipyretics or cold remedies, without any subjective symptoms such as fever, cough, and dullness.

（2）When a student staying outside Hakodate comes to the city in order to reside, the student needs to meet all of the following.

1. When traveling, there must be no symptoms of suspected infection.
2. When traveling, the student must wear a mask and take actions to prevent infection.
