許可を得て登校する場合の要件を一部変更しました（更新日：6/19）

学生のみなさん

本日6月19日から北海道ではCOVID-19による外出自粛の段階的緩和ステップ2に移行します。

それに伴って未来大学でも許可を得て登校する場合の要件を一部変更します。

COVID-19感染はまだ終結していません。感染爆発の抑え込みにとりあえず成功したとしても、ワクチンが開発されて集団免疫が達成されるまでにはまだまだ長い時間がかかると予測されています。
これからは長期的な視点に立ってCOVID-19との共存を図らねばなりません。
それぞれが自らの行動の重要性・必要性と自分・他者への感染の危険性とを考慮して、責任を持って自発的に行動判断をしていく必要があります。

下記の項目は大学が共通と判断している基準です。個別の行動判断は個人ごとに異なるでしょう。一律の基準を強制するのではなく、他者の判断を尊重しましょう。またもし仮に感染者が出たとしても排除的・差別的行動は慎まなければなりません。COVID-19の下でも安全で実りある大学活動を力を合わせて実現しましょう。

（1）教員の許可を得て登校する場合は、次のいずれにも該当すること。

1. 登校する日において、かぜの症状など、感染が疑われる症状がないこと。
2. 登校する日において、解熱剤、かぜ薬を使用せず、発熱、せき、だるさなどの自覚症状が全くなくなった状態が48時間以上続いていること。

※「登校する日の前日において、函館市内へ移動後2週間以上経過していること」は不要とします。

（2）函館市外に滞在している学生が、居住のため市内へ移動する場合は、次のいずれにも該当すること。

1. 移動する際、感染が疑われる症状がないこと。
2. 移動する際は、必ずマスクを着用するほか、感染させない・感染しない行動をとること。

Dear students

FUN will ease some requirements for student attendance with a permission, in line with the announcement from Hokkaido government of the transition to Step 2 on the request for self-restraint under COVID-19.

COVID-19 has in no way disappeared yet. Explosive spread may have been suppressed, butit will take a long time before effective vaccine will be developed to obtain herd immunity.
We will now have to change our mindset to co-exist with the virus with a long-term perspective.
Everybody has to choose to act by him/herself responsibly based on their assessment of the merit of the activity and the danger of infection to both oneself and others.

We provide a set of rules we deem reasonable for guidance below. But, case-by-case choices may vary by individuals. I ask you to respect other’s choices. and In case somebody unfortunately gets infected, we have to be mindful to refrain from exclusion/discrimination.

Let us work together to attain a safe and productive environment in FUN.

1. When a student comes to FUN with a permission of a faculty member needs to meet:

1. On the day of coming to FUN, there should be no symptoms such as a cold that could be suspected of being infected.
2. On the day of coming to FUN, a student should have no symptoms such as fever, cough, and dullness for more than 48 hours without taking any antipyretic or medicine.

* On the day before the day of coming to the university, at least 2 weeks have passed since moving to Hakodate” will not be required.

2. If a student staying outside Hakodate comes to the city in order to reside, the student needs to meet all of the following.

1. When traveling, there should be no symptoms of suspected infection
2. When moving, be sure to wear a mask and take actions to prevent infection.
