新学期開始まで

学生のみなさんへ

新学期の開始4月20日まであと2週間です。
新型コロナウイルス感染症（COVID-19）は世界中で急速に拡大しています。
日本国内でも都市圏を中心に感染爆発の可能があるとして、緊急事態宣言が今日政府から出されました。北海道は現状では対象地域に含まれていませんが、決して安心できる状況ではありません。

未来大学を含む道内5公立大学で4月3日に共同声明を出しました。（https://www.fun.ac.jp/5232/）
感染拡大防止に努めながら大学の学びを実現するための指針です。

あらためて皆さんにお願いします。

1. 新学期開始までの2週間を自発的自己隔離期間として、必要最小限度の用件を除いて外出を控え、人混みなどを避け、静かに過ごしてください。
2. 体調管理に気をつけて過ごしましょう
3. 新学期開始までは大学構内立ち入り禁止とします。

皆で力を合わせ感染拡大防止に努めて新学期を迎えましょう。

Dear Students

There is two more weeks left till a new semester begins on April 20.

Unfortunately, the new Coronavirus has been spreading rapidly worldwide.
Today, the government declared a state of emergency due to the possibility of a pandemic outbreak of the virus around the central cities.

Even though Hokkaido was not included in the list this at present, that doesn’t mean we are in the safe situation.

On April 3, five public universities of Hokkaido including FUN have announced a joint statement regarding the guiding principle for the improvement of academic performance while trying to prevent the spread of infection.

Here are things that I would like to remind you all over again.

1. Avoid unnecessary outing/contacting people except minimal requirements for two weeks till the new semester begins as a voluntary quarantine period
2. Pay attention to your health condition
3. Prohibition of coming to FUN till a new semester begins

Let’s start a new semester by working together to prevent the spread of infection.
