【重要】研究目的での卒業研究生の登校を一部認めます（更新日：6/9）

学生のみなさん

本学では、当面の間、「原則登校禁止」および「学内・学外における課外活動の中止」を継続していますが、大学院生については、指導教員の届出があった場合に限り、登校を認めることとしています。

加えて、卒研生についても実験や制作のために学内設備の利用が不可欠となる場合には、指導教員からの届け出により、6月15日（月）以降、登校を認める場合があります。
登校の必要等を含め、指導教員の指示に従ってください。

また、研究機器等の受け渡しなどについては、これまでどおり、あらかじめ教員から許可を得た場合に限り、必要最低限の時間のみ登校できることとします。

学生の自己判断では、登校できません。

なお、許可を得て登校する場合には、健康観察シートやスマートフォンのアプリを用いた、体温・体調の日常的な自己管理を求めます。
少なくとも登校直前一週間の体温と体調記録を携帯するようにしてください。
なお、登校の際には必ずマスクを着用してください。
風邪の症状や微熱がある場合は、比較的軽い場合であっても、登校は認めません。

登校の要件

（1）登校する場合は、 次のすべてに該当すること。

1. 登校する日において、かぜの症状など、感染が疑われる症状がないこと。
2. 登校する日の前日において、かぜの症状など感染が疑われる症状が出た日から2週間以上経過していること。
3. 登校する日の前日において、函館市内へ移動した後2週間以上経過していること。

（2）函館市外に滞在している学生が、居住のため市内へ移動する場合は、次のすべてに該当すること。

1. 移動する際、感染が疑われる症状がないこと。
2. 移動する際は、必ずマスクを着用するほか、感染させない・感染しない行動をとること。

Dear students

For the time being, FUN continues to prohibit school attendance and extracurricular activities both on and off campus”, but graduate students are allowed to come to the university only when notified by their academic supervisor.
In addition to that there’s a possibility that the students who work on graduation study may be allowed as well by notification from the supervisor in case experiments and research can’t be conducted without using the university equipment after June 15 (Mon.).
Please talk to your supervisor and follow the instruction given.
As for getting/returning the research equipment, etc., students will be allowed to come to the university only for the minimum required time, as long as they have obtained permission from the faculty member.
In any case, you cannot come to the university based on your own judgment

When coming to the university, self-management of body temperature and physical condition using a health observation sheet or a mobile app is required. Please bring the temperature and physical condition record of at least one week when coming to the university.
　
Please be sure to wear a mask when coming to the university.
If you have a cold or have a slight fever even if it is relatively light, you will not be allowed to come to the university.

Requirements to meet when attending to FUN

（1）When coming to the university, you need to meet all of the following.

1. On the day of coming to the university, there should be no symptoms such as a cold that could be suspected of infection.
2. On the day before the day of coming to the university, at least 2 weeks have passed since there were symptoms of suspected infection such as cold.
3. On the day before the day of coming to the university, at least 2 weeks have passed since moving to Hakodate.

（2）If a student staying outside Hakodate comes to the city in order to reside, the student needs to meet all of the following.

1. When traveling, there should be no symptoms of suspected infection
2. When moving, be sure to wear a mask and take actions to prevent infection.
