【重要】研究目的での大学院生の登校を一部認めます（更新日：5/26）

学生のみなさん

北海道地区においても緊急事態宣言解除がなされましたが、依然予断を許さない状況であり、当面の間、現状の「原則登校禁止」および「学内・学外における課外活動の中止」を継続します。

一方、学内にある機材等を用いなければ実験、研究が行えない場合については指導教員からの届け出により、6月1日（月）以降、大学院生に限り登校を認める場合があります。
登校が必要か等含め、指導教員の指示に従ってください。

また、研究機器等の受け渡しなどについては、これまでどおり、あらかじめ教員から許可を得た場合に限り、必要最低限の時間のみ登校できることとします。

いずれの場合も、学生の自己判断では、登校できません。

なお、登校にあたっては、健康観察シートやスマートフォンのアプリを用いた、 体温・体調の日常的な自己管理を求めます。少なくとも登校直前一週間の体温と 体調記録を携帯するようにしてください。
なお、登校の際には必ずマスクを着用してください。
風邪の症状や微熱がある場合は、比較的軽い場合であっても、登校は認めません。

登校の要件

（1）登校する場合は、 次のすべてに該当すること。

1. 登校する日において、かぜの症状など、感染が疑われる症状がないこと。
2. 登校する日の前日において、かぜの症状など感染が疑われる症状が出た日から2週間以上経過していること。
3. 登校する日の前日において、函館市内へ移動した後2週間以上経過していること。

（2）函館市外に滞在している学生が、居住のため市内へ移動する場合は、次のすべてに該当すること。

1. 移動する際、感染が疑われる症状がないこと。
2. 移動する際は、必ずマスクを着用するほか、感染させない・感染しない行動をとること。

Dear students

Although the emergency declaration was lifted in the Hokkaido area, the situation remains unpredictable. For the time being, the current “prohibition of school attendance” and “suspension of extracurricular activities on and off campus” will be continued.

On the other hand, only graduate students may be allowed to come to the university after June 1 (Mon.) by notification from the faculty member in charge, in case experiments and research can’t be conducted without using the equipment on-campus

Please follow the instructions of your supervisor including whether or not you need to come to the university.

As for getting/returning the research equipment, etc., students will be allowed to come to the university only for the minimum required time, as long as they have obtained permission from the faculty member.

In any case, you cannot come to the university based on your own judgment.
When coming to the university, self-management of body temperature and physical condition using a health observation sheet or a mobile app is required.
Please keep the temperature and physical condition record of at least one week before coming to the university.

Be sure to wear a mask when you come to the university.

If you have a cold or have a slight fever even if it is relatively light, you will not be allowed to come to the university.

Requirements

（1）When coming to the university, you need to meet all of the following.

1. On the day of coming to the university, there should be no symptoms such as a cold that could be suspected of infection.
2. On the day before the day of coming to the university, at least 2 weeks have passed since there were symptoms of suspected infection such as cold.
3. On the day before the day of coming to the university, at least 2 weeks have passed since moving to Hakodate.

（2）If a student staying outside Hakodate comes to the city in order to reside, the student needs to meet all of the following.

1. When traveling, there should be no symptoms of suspected infection
2. When moving, be sure to wear a mask and take actions to prevent infection.
