Message for Students

Studying at university is not only about deepening knowledge, but also a time to reflect on oneself and develop ways of thinking and attitudes. Through collaborating with others, encountering diverse perspectives and abilities, you can begin to find a personal path toward contributing to society.

Research Area

I investigate human behaviour and decision-making through data-driven, model-based approaches that integrate educational psychology, cognitive science, and human–machine interaction in digital and sensor-based systems. My research examines self-regulated learning and metacognition in university students, alongside behavioural regulation in technology-mediated physical activity using sensing systems such as smart bicycles and wearable devices. Across these domains, I analyse how individuals adapt their behaviour under cognitive, informational, and mechanical constraints, with the aim of explaining how interacting processes generate observable outcomes over time.
