研究内容
複雑な社会における現象の理解,あらたな社会システムデザインにむけてマルチエージェントシステムを用いてアプローチする研究を行っている.また,自律ロボット群の制御・応用を目指したマルチロボットシステムについても研究を遂行している.さらにこうした技術開発の基礎および応用としての,情報システム,機械学習を含む最適化,観光情報学にも取り組んでいる.
研究の魅力
社会の調和を情報科学の力を持って進展させ支えていくことが研究の目標である.このために,単純ではない社会に関する現象を情報科学の力で捉えて,資源の有効利用,最適化,利便性向上に向けた解決策を開発していくことにある.
