学生のみなさん
北海道にも緊急事態宣言が発令されました。
期間は８月２７日（金）から９月１２日（日）までの予定です。
三つの密（密閉・密集・密接）や感染リスクが高まる場面等の回避，人と人との距離の確保，マスクの着用，手洗いなどの手指消毒をはじめとした日常の基本的な感染防止対策の徹底をお願いします。

加えて，日中も含めた不要不急の外出・移動を自粛しましょう。
特に２０時以降の外出や週末の外出を控えましょう。
また，複数人での食事の際は４人以内とし，いわゆる「黙食」を実践しましょう。
なお，帰省や就職活動，インターンシップなどは禁止ではありませんが，他の地域への感染拡大を防止する観点から，十分に注意しながら移動してください。
このような感染予防の指示や「宣言」に慣れてしまっていませんか。
現在，猛威を振るっているデルタ株は，従来よりも非常に高い感染性を持っています。
全国的に若年層の感染が拡大していることに加え，無症状のため診断を受けていない
感染者が数多くいるとされています。
行動に関してこれまでの意識，感覚を変える必要があります。
このまま感染状況が悪化していくと，さらに厳しい対策が求められるでしょう。
みなさんの大切な大学生活，日常生活にいま以上の制約を強いることになりかねません。
本学関係者の感染も増えてきています。自身にも起こりえます。
私たちの一つひとつの心がけにより，感染拡大を防ぐことができます。
「感染しない」「感染させない」よう，当事者意識を持って行動しましょう。

Hokkaido government has also declared a state of emergency again as of August 27 (Fri.).
It will be in effect until on Sunday September 12.
Please firmly take the basic and daily precautions against the infection such as: avoiding 3Cs (closed spaces, crowded places, and close-contact settings) and high-risk situations for the infection, practicing social distancing, wearing a mask, and practicing finger disinfection including washing hands.
In addition, please refrain from unnecessary/ non-urgent outings including daytime.Especially after 10 p.m. or weekends please refrain from going out.When having a meal, limit people within 4 and try to eat less conversation.
Moreover, travels for going back hometown, job-hunting, internship, etc. are not prohibited, however, please travel with precautions to prevent spreading the infections.
Perhaps you may become accustomed to such infection prevention warnings and “the declarations”? The Delta strain, which is currently rampant, is much more infectious than before. In addition to the spread of infection among young people nationwide, there are many infected people who have not been diagnosed because they do not develop any symptoms. Therefore, you need to change the consciousness and sense of behavior you have had before.
If the infection situation continues to worsen, stricter measures will be required.
They may impose more restrictions on your important university life and daily life.
The number of infections related to our university has been increasing. It can happen to you.
Consciousness of each people can prevent the spread of infection.
Please behave in a responsible way keeping in mind “Do not be infected” and “Do not let people infected”.
