学生のみなさん

冬休みがあけ，すでに対面授業に出席している方，または，これから移動する方もいるでしょう。

ご承知のとおり，感染力の強いオミクロン株が世界的規模で拡大しています。国内においても，これまでにない勢いで感染拡大しています。

現状では函館・道南圏での感染報告は少数にとどまりますが，人の往来とともに今後感染が急速に拡大する可能性もあります。

感染が拡大している地域や，まん延防止等重点措置の対象地域への不要不急の移動は，極力控えましょう。

オミクロン株に対しても基本的な感染防止対策は変わりません。三密回避・マスク着用・手指消毒・屋内換気を徹底するとともに，発熱や風邪の症状がある場合，少しでも体調が悪い場合には，無理をしての登校や移動はしないようにしてください。

感染に不安がある方は，最寄りの病院や保健所に相談するようにしてください。

To all the students

The winter break has been over. Some already started attending face-to-face classes, others will return shortly.

As you know, the Omicron variant, which is strongly infectious, has been spreading worldwide. The number of cases has been surging unprecedently nationwide as well.

Currently, reported cases in Hakodate/ Southern Hokkaido area are only a few. However, they might increase suddenly as people come and go.

Please avoid unnecessary or non-urgent traveling to/ from the area, where the infection is spreading or COVID-19 pre-emergency measures are applied, as much as possible.

Against Omicron, please do the same as we have taken before and follow basic precautions against the infection (avoiding 3Cs, wearing masks, sanitizing your hands, ventilating room). In addition, please do not force yourself to come to the campus or travel if you have a fever and other symptoms of a cold or feel ill even if it is slight.

When you feel anxious about infection, please consult with the nearest hospital or medical institution.
