令和４年１月１５日（土）および１月１６日（日），本学の学生2名が，新型コロナウイルスに感染したことが判明しました。
　調査の結果，両名とも，発症２日前以降の学内への入構，他の本学関係者との接触はなく，市立函館保健所により，本学学生，教職員に濃厚接触者がないことが確認されております。このため，大学では，現在，通常どおり業務を行っております。

　本学といたしましては，今後におきましても，保健所等と連携を図りながら，感染防止対策を徹底し，感染拡大の防止に努めてまいります。
　感染した学生とそのご家族等の人権尊重，個人情報保護につきまして，皆様のご理解とご配慮をお願い申し上げます。

COVID-19 infection occurred among FUN students

On Saturday, January 15, and Sunday, January 16, 2022. It was found that two students of FUN were infected by COVID-19. As a result of the investigation, neither of them has entered the campus building and has contacted other people who relate to FUN ever since the day when two days before developing the disease. It was also confirmed, by Hakodate Public Health Center, that there were no faculty/staff members and the students who had close contact with the students. Therefore, the university currently operates as usual.

We will continue to take firm precautions and prevent the expansion of infection in cooperation with the Public Health Center, etc.
We would like to ask for understanding and consideration regarding respect for the human rights of the students and the students’ family members, etc., and also the protection of their personal information.
