学生のみなさん

前期授業および定期試験の実施方法について，次のとおりとします。

１．前期中は，プロジェクト学習を除き，リモート授業とする。
　　　混在させると，対⾯授業前後もリモート授業を受けるため，
　　学内に滞在するケース，またはリモートに出席しない学⽣が
　　増えるため。

２．６⽉から学内での実験が不可⽋となる⼤学院（6/1～），
　　卒研⽣（6/15～予定），及び３年⽣のプロジェクト学習に
　　ついて，⼈数制限を設けて登校緩和を進める。
　　　（⽬安）６⽉中は９割減（120名まで）から徐々に緩和

３．定期試験を前期終わり（従来通り）と後期開始直前に分割して⾏う。

４．対⾯を伴う定期試験は，後期開始直前に実施する。
　　　よって，１，２年⽣については，後期前の定期試験時期まで，
　　函館にいなくても良い（リモート授業のみ）。
　　　ただし，登校する日の前日において，函館市内へ移動した後
　　２週間以上経過していること。

５．その他フィールドワーク，⼀時的な学内作業等は，個別に対応を考慮する。

６．７⽉以降のさらなる緩和については，状況により変更される可能性が
　　⼗分にある。

【登校レベルの考え方】
　　大学の登校レベルは，国や自治体からの要請の内容，大学周辺地域
　での感染発生状況を考慮して各大学が決めます。未来大も国と自治体の
　要請にしたがって登校制限を継続してきましたが，今回の緊急事態宣言
　解除を受けて，登校制限の一部解除を行ないました。
　　今後，地域の感染状況が悪化しなければ，緩和してゆく予定です。

【大学再開時期の考え方】
　　大学は，クラスが固定している小中高校とは異なり，授業ごとに
　受講者が入れ替わるため，一日に接触する人数ははるかに多くなって
　しまいます。そのため，感染が非常に拡大しやすいと考えられ，
　より慎重な対応が求められます。
　　さらに，緊急事態宣言が解除されたあとも，他都府県からの移動を
　控えるように注意がでており，移動後も２週間程度の自宅待機が必要で
　あることなどを勘案して考える必要があります。
　　未来大では，文部科学省から遠隔授業の実施検討の通知を受け，
　4月中下旬には遠隔授業を開講しました。はやく大学を再開したいのは，　
　もちろん教職員も同じ気持ちです。ただ，学生のみなさんの安全を
　確保しながら，大学の再開をすすめるには少し時間がかかるのです。
　みなさんのご理解をお願いします。

Dear students,

Regarding the class attendance level, the policy up to the first term regular exam is as follows.

１．Lectures will be conducted online during the spring semester, except for project learning,
If mixed, online lectures will be taken before and after the face to face lectures, which will
increase the number of students who stay in the university or who do not attend the online lectures.

２．Graduate students who require on-campus experiments from June. (6/1～)
Easing the restriction of coming to the university with limiting the number of the people who are
allowed to come to the campus regarding those who work on graduation study (6/15～expected) and
the 3ird grader project learning.
Approximation: It is getting eased gradually from 90 % decrease (up to 120 people) during June.
３．The regular exam will be conducted with being divided into the end of the spring semester
(as usual) and the beginning of the fall semester.
４．The regular exam which takes face to face meeting will be conducted right before the beginning
of the fall semester.
Therefore, the first and second graders don’t need to be in Hakodate until around the regular exam
time before the fall semester (online lectures only).
At least 2 weeks have to be passed since the day moved to Hakodate on the day before coming to
the university.
５．How it should be handled will be considered individually depending on the cases such as other
fieldwork or temporary on-campus work.
６．Further mitigation after July may be changed depending on the situation.

【Attendance level】
The attendance level is decided by each university in consideration of the contents of requests
from the national and local governments and the occurrence of infections in the area around the university.

Future University Hakodate restricted student attendance in reaction to the government demands,
but now we lifted a part of the restrictions responding to the removal of the emergency declaration
this time. We are going to ease the restrictions if the situation will not get any worse.

【Reopening of the University】
Unlike elementary, junior high, and high schools, which have fixed classes, the number of people coming in contact with per day is much larger at the university because of the students switching the rooms for each lecture.
Therefore, it is considered that the infection spread can happen very easily, and more careful measures are required.
Furthermore, even after the declaration of an emergency has been lifted, it is necessary to refrain from moving from other prefectures, and we should take into consideration that it is required to stay home for about two weeks after moving.

We started online lectures in the middle of April after receiving a notification from the Ministry of
Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of the study of implementation of remote lectures,

Not to mention wanting to reopen the university as soon as possible, we all have the same feeling.
However, it will take some time to promote the reopening of the university while ensuring the safety
of all students.
