文部科学省より『学生支援緊急給付金の二次推薦』に関する通達がありましたので、お知らせいたします。
<二次募集に係る留意点>
- 一次募集で推薦対象外となった学生も、条件を満たすようになった場合は申請可能です。ただし、再度新たに申込を行って頂きます。（申請時点で最新の所得課税証明書を提出してください）
- 前回、推薦対象となった方は今回申請することはできません。
1.制度概要
「学生支援緊急給付金」は、特に家庭から自立した学生等においては、今回の新型コロナウイルス感染症拡大による影響でアルバイト収入が大幅に減少し、大学等を中退せざるを得ないような事態も想定されることから、修学の継続が困難になっている学生等に対し、独立行政法人日本学生支援機構から現金を支給することで支援を行うものです。
2.支給額
住民税非課税世帯の学生等：２０万円
上記以外の学生等：１０万円
3.申請にあたって
支給対象者となるための要件（基準）が複数ありますので、下記「申請の手引き」を熟読してご自身が該当するかどうか確認し、申請書類一式をご用意ください。
また、推薦枠に上限がありますので、申請者全員が必ず対象になるとは限りません。

（！）申請の手引き P7.要件について
- 要件⑥学生本人および生計維持者（原則として父母）の所得課税証明書の写しは全員提出必須とします。（申請時点で最新の証明書を提出してください。）
- 要件①③⑦において預貯金通帳の写しを提出する場合、マーカー等でどの行が対象かわかるようにしてください。
- 要件②において賃貸契約書の写しを提出する場合、契約書全ページではなく住所と名前が記載されているページのみで可とします。
- 要件⑥において採用は決定しているが奨学生証が手元に届いていない場合、奨学生証の提出は不要ですが、ご自身の状況を申請書「3.申送り事項」に記載してください。
「要件⑥について、5月から給付奨学金が振込まれていますが、奨学生証がまだ手元にありません。」等 - 誓約書⑥既存制度の利用状況について下記に該当する場合、誓約書の5)にチェックをし、状況を申請書３．申し送り事項 自由記述欄に記入してください。
・第一種奨学金限度額まで貸与せず第二種を併給している場合
・第二種奨学金のみ貸与を受けている場合 - 留学生は要件⑦だけでなく①～⑤の証明も必要です。
4.申請方法
申請方法は別途全学生向けのメールにて周知します。
必ず下記ルールを守って提出してください。不備のある場合、受付けません。
●申請書・誓約書・必要書類は全てPDFファイルまたは画像ファイルにて提出してください。
●ファイル名は、「申請の手引き」P7.記載の要件番号と必要書類名としてください。
【例】要件「②原則として自宅外で生活している」の必要書類として”アパート等 の賃貸契約書の写し”をPDFファイルで提出する場合

●申請書および誓約書のファイル名は修正しないでください。
1.Sinsei、2.Seiyakuのままアップロードしてください。
●フォルダやZipファイルなど一つにまとめてアップロードはしないでださい。

1.Outline of the Grant
Due to the coronavirus outbreak, many students are struggling to cope financially with pay cuts from their part-time jobs and being unable to work. In order to ensure these students are able to continue their studies, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology will be providing cash grants as a form of assistance.
2.Grant Amount
100,000 yen or 200,000 yen
3.Application
There are several requirements (standards) to be eligible for the grant, so please read the “Application Guide” below carefully to see if you are applicable, and make sure the application documents are complete.
In addition, there is an upper limit on the number of recommendations, so not all applicants will necessarily be eligible.

（！）Requirements on P7 of the Application Guide
- For the requirement (6) , Please submit each copy of the certificate of resident’s tax of both you and the person who financially support the family (parents in principle). (If you are international student, Please submit the latest certificate that you can get).
- When submitting a copy of the deposit/savings bankbook in Requirements (1), (3) and (7), please marker the line to identify the target.
- When submitting a copy of the rental agreement in Requirement (2), you can just submit a copy of the page with the address and name, not all pages of the agreement.
- If you are a foreign student, you also need to fulfill the requirement 7 and also 1-5.
4.How to apply
You will receive an email regarding the application method separately.
Please be sure to submit following the rules below. We will not accept when the form is incomplete.
●Please submit all applications, pledges and required documents as PDF files or image files.
●The name of the file should be the requirement number and required document name described in “Application Guide” P7.
【e.g.】 When submitting a copy of “A rental agreement” of your apartment, etc. as a required document for the requirement (2) “Living away from home (living independently).” as a PDF file
