函館ではコロナウィルス感染者数も減り、沈静化の様子を見せています。
後期が始まり10月中はオンラインで授業を実施してきましたが、11月から授業、サークル活動の規制を一部緩和します。
国内や地域の感染状況等を踏まえながら、可能であれば12月以降にはさらに緩和を検討していく予定です。

11月からの授業では、既に決められている時間割・授業方針に基づいて、オンライン授業も継続しながら，対面授業をできるだけ増やしていきます。
11月からのサークル活動については、一部の学内施設（体育館）の使用を認めます。
これらに伴って、これまで授業時間のみとしていた学内の滞在時間制限も20時までに緩和します。詳細については別途お知らせします。

大学のキャンパス生活を少しずつ取り戻して行きたいと思っています。
しかし感染状況が再び悪化して制限強化が必要となる可能性もゼロではありません。
引き続き基本的な感染予防対策をしっかりと守るようお願いします。

大学でのワクチン職域接種は終了しましたが、函館市などの自治体接種は、まだ予約を受け付けています。接種希望の方はそちらを利用してください。

To All Students

In Hakodate, the number of infected coronavirus cases has declined and the pandemic seems to be calming down. The fall semester has started and classes run online in October.
A part of restrictions on classes and club activities will be lifted in November. We expect to relax further restrictions after December, if possible, based on the status of the infection in Japan and the region.

With regard to classes starting from November, we expect to hold more face-to face classes as much as possible, continuing to hold online classes too based on the class timetable and the class policy.
Also, for club activities, use of some facilities on campus (gymnasium) will be allowed.　Accordingly, time limit for staying on campus will extend to 8 p.m., although the previous limit is only during class hours. The detailed information on this will be given later on.

We would like to gradually regain our campus life. However, there is a possibility that the situation would get worse and the restrictions would be tightened. Therefore, we would like you to continue to follow the basic infection prevention measures.

The workplace vaccination of the university has completed, however, municipal vaccinations by Hakodate city, etc. are still accepting reservations. Please make use of the opportunities if needed.
